Top Jackpots

The top jackpots on Galactic Streak are all awarded for matching four of the same planets along one of the twenty pay lines. These run in all directions – left, right, up, down, and diagonally both ways.

There is no clear distinction made between the higher value and lower value planets. Rather than differentiate as we normally do, we’ve listed the prizes for hitting each four-of-a-kind combination below:

• “Wild” Sun = 125x the line bet. (10x multiplier available)
• Red Planet or Pink Planet = 50x the line bet.
• Orange Planet or Pink Planet = 25x the line bet.
• Blue Planet or Turquoise Planet = 20x the line bet.
• Green Planet or Grey Planet = 10x the line bet.

Game Features

Stellar Multipliers

Every winning symbol position gains a multiplier for the next spins, starting at 2x. After a win is awarded, the symbols that made up the combination will transform into the relevant multiplier.

These multipliers increase winnings by the factor stated, increase the size of the multipliers by one, and reset the spin counter to three.

The multipliers can reach an impressive 10x each. Each time an existing multiplier is included in another win it will increase by 1. This can result in some massive winning combinations!

Galactic Free Games

Landing three or more Galaxy “Scatter” symbols anywhere on the gameboard will award players the 10 Galactic Free Games. Any existing multipliers on the gameboard will be carried over into the free games. These, plus any new multipliers, will remain in position until the main game resumes. They can only get bigger!

Locking “Wild” Sun

The game’s “Wild” symbol is a glorious orange sun. It will lock to the position it lands in after a spin. This substantially increases the likelihood of hitting a winning combination!

Betting Limits

In terms of betting limits, players are only able to change the amount bet on each line. The number of win lines themselves is fixed at 20. Players can, however, select from various bet amounts starting at just 1p reaching to an upper limit of R40.

This means that the smallest possible bet per spin is just 20p. Meanwhile, the largest is a rather unimpressive R850. For many of the highest rollers around, such a low upper betting limit will be much too restrictive. This is a real shame since the rest of the slot is frankly excellent.

Overall Rating

As you might have guessed, we’re rather impressed with Galactic Streak by Playtech. The veteran designers have once again managed to create a game that feels genuinely one of a kind. The theme, features, the animations, and sounds all work magically together. This makes for a wonderful gameplay experience.

Even without the addition of the Free Spins game, the Stellar Multipliers feature would make this game an easy recommendation. It can get really exciting when you start to hit some big combinations and the money begins flowing in. It’s even possible to forgive the lower-than-average main game prizes based on just how multiplier-heavy and entertaining the gameplay is.

All told, Galactic Streak is excellent. The only minor drawback we found with it was the very low upper betting limit. This will likely put many high rollers off giving the game a chance, which is a shame. For the low stake player, however, this game is flawless – if you like unconventional slots, of course.
